Good product, delivery can improve
I bought the WhiteGlow Skin Whitening Brightening Gel Creme. The product itself is quite good, felt light and absorbed fast. Delivery took 6 days to reach Bengaluru, which felt a bit slow. Packaging was secure though.
First purchase, decent value
This was my first order from Lotus Herbals. I got the Herbals Tea Tree Oil Control Face Wash and a Lotus Herbals Lip Balm. There was a combo offer so I saved a bit, plus the prepaid discount. Ended up paying around 350 for both. The face wash works well for my oily skin, and the lip balm is okay. Felt like a good deal overall, definitely worth the price I paid.
Reliable for skincare staples
I've ordered from Lotus Herbals several times now, mostly for their Safe Sun Sunscreen and the Herbals Nutranite Skin Renewal Nutritive Night Cream. This time, I also tried the Herbals Jojobawash Active Milli Capsules Face Wash. The sunscreen is consistently good, my go-to. The night cream is also effective. The face wash is new for me, seems nice so far. Delivery is usually 4-5 days for me in Chennai, which is fine. The quality has been consistent across my orders, which is why I keep coming back for these essentials.
